CHRISTMAS ‘RESTAURANT’ TERMS & CONDITIONS

For Christmas Period: Friday 01st December – Friday 22nd December 2017

  • Package is inclusive of admission, race card and meal as detailed in booked package plus après race entertainment.
  • All bookings are provisional until full payment has been received with a signed copy of the terms & conditions.
  • Full payment must be with us by Tuesday 31st October 2017.
  • Failure to pay on time may lead to your booking being offered to another party.
  • You may make amendments to your guest numbers up to one week before your booking; monies can be refunded or transferred to a bar bill for drop in numbers up until this time.
  • Individual billing is not possible pertaining to drink orders.
  • There will be NO CHANGES accepted to numbers the week of the booking;
  1. NO refunds or transfer of monies can be offered.
  • While we make every effort to fulfil requests to be seated at specific tables, no guarantee can be made as to where you will be seated on the night.
  • It is necessary that specific dietary and mobility requirements are stated at least one week prior to your party night, if this information is not supplied then we can not guarantee fulfilment of specific requests on the evening.
  • Restaurant places can not be used for people not wishing to dine; every restaurant place confirmed will be billed to the party.
  • The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for detailing these conditions to the other members of the party and for payment due from the party; by signing these terms and conditions you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with the same.
