What nights do you race?

Dual racing takes place every Friday evening in 2014 until December 20th, greyhound racing takes place every Saturday evening.

What time do the doors open?

The doors open at approx. 5pm on dual race evenings and approx. 6.30pm on greyhound race evenings.

What about afternoon fixtures?

The doors open at approx. 12.30pm.

Can I buy tickets on arrival?

Yes, tickets can be purchased on arrival at the turnstile entrance but all bar deal packages must be booked in advance and secured with either a credit/debit card.

Can I bring my own food and drink into the stadium?

How many races are there on a dual race night?

There is approx. 7/8 horse races, followed by 8 greyhound races.

How many races are there on a greyhound race night?

There is approx. 11/12 greyhound races.

Can I sponsor a race?

Yes, we have packages available to cater all budgets; please click here to see all our sponsorship opportunities

Is booking essential for the restaurant?

Yes, bookings for the restaurant must be made in advance and secured with either a credit/debit card.

Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Yes, our restaurant menu caters for vegetarian and coeliac requirements.

If you have a different requirement; please do not hesitate to contact us in advance to discuss and the chef will be happy to accommodate.

Is there other food outlets available apart from the restaurant?

Yes, Silks carvery (operational on dual race evenings) and Bit & Bite traditional fast food (operational on both evenings).

Is there entertainment after racing?

Yes, either a DJ or band shall play in the top bar until 12.30am.

Is there a cash machine?

Yes, there is a cash machine located on the second floor of the stadium.

Is there a smoking area?

Yes, there is a smoking area located on the first floor of the stadium; please ask a member of staff to direct you.

What credit cards are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted except Maestro and American Express.

Laser is no longer accepted.

Can I use sterling?

Sterling is accepted as a means of payment although the rate is very poor; therefore it is recommended that you change your monies to euro.

Note: Only one tote station accepts sterling as a means of payment for placing bets.
